For merchandising teams, AI is no longer a capability to explore – in 2026 it’s a must-have. But when teams are stretched thin, change can feel like risk rather than opportunity. How do you deploy AI in a way that wins trust, saves time, and actually makes life easier for your merchandising team?

In this webinar, we’ll break down how to implement AI-based tools for merchandise planning, with practical tips from a group of former merchandisers. We’ll review the types of AI initiatives that drive results and we’ll talk about what it takes to move your organisation from “AI-aware” to “AI-ready”.

You’ll leave this session with:

● An understanding of how AI and machine learning can improve merchandising processes – without getting too technical
● An approach to building a business case that gets leadership teams excited
● Proven change management strategies for landing AI tools without alienating your merch team

This session is designed for change-makers who want to help their organisations bridge strategy and execution. Leave confident enough to ask the right questions, commercial enough to build a strong business case, and become trusted to lead AI adoption as it becomes business-as-usual.
